Could you tell me the difference between the Far Infrared Sauna and the Far Infrared Dome? I've seen two different types. One is like a zip up dome. You lie down in it and your whole body is covered. Then I've seen the one with the open dome that covers about 26 inches of your body. I'm really confused as to the best one to purchase. I have fibromyalgia and weight problems and thought this would help. Just don't know which is best. I also have the Chi Machine and have seen that combined with the the open dome hot house. Would very much appreciate a response. Thanks.
