They supply Therasauna I beleive, and that company claims to have the best available emitters with the correct frequency. I bought 7 without the housing for about $35 each but you can buy them with the housing if you aren't or don't have a handy person to make them.
I don't think you should make a lying down one. You won't get much benefit with just 2 emitters, you need at least 6 to 8. Just make a simple upright 3 to 4 foot square / 6 ft high enclosure and place the emitters as recommended in the other messages. And don't bother with a thermostat. You want the emitters on the whole time. If it gets too hot, open the door / install vents to maintain around a 125 degree temp.
