I use CS against halitosis and Body Odor . I gargle it 2 times a day and swallow it also to fight against bacteria in intestine ..because of BO.Also have nasal spray filled with it. It seems to help only a little but its cheap when you prepare it at home. I dont use it as a deodorant because my BO is not caused by bacteria on skin. You can use it it have the similar effects as baking soda and H2O2. But I found its working against cover on the tongue. You have to get it into some spray bottle from nasal drips etc. Then spray it on tongue clean by cleaner and again (Dont hasitate use half a bottle of nasal spray on one 15 -20 minute process) .Repeat for few times spend 15 minutes doing it. One or two times a day. I only do this occasionally. I have covered my tongue but not so much and if then I do this. But in comparation with my halitosis or the Body Odor this is only the least problem ...unfortunately
