i saw some improvements in my bowel movements but not so good as your's freind. definitely not 2-3 times a day. I'll say about once a day maximum in average!

i'll see what will be next doctors advice in tuesday so then i'll deside how to go further. I like the idea of this diet so maybe should try it next week!
