hi the reason you have experienced this as a new problem could be as simple as dietary - basically to put it frankly is are you constipated?(or have diarreah, i.e. your bowels not moving) - if so it could simply be that food is putrefying inside you and the smell is coming through your open pores...happened to a friend of mine - what she did was change her diet a bit, basically up the fibre...have more greens, rice, lentils and skip the sugar, (she avoided meat and even dairy when she could for a bit!) and her problem disappeared within about 1 week...is simple and inexpensive! If the problem is recent and is just a new smell may just be that!
