i stopped eating meat for about 3 months as my doctor told me (ayurvedic doctor) and i believe i see some improvements in bowel movements but don't see some improvements in my Body Odor issue! (maybe very little...)
About this kind of diet as you write i have for the last two weeks (except not drinking milk) but with some very small exceptions and still the same.

I don't know anymore but maybe it's candida overgrowth.
i don't know :(
