If your have chronic constipation that will be the issue linked to your bb and BO - my bro had EXACTLY the same and is now smelling sweet! Try for 2 weeks on a high fibre diet - lentils, rice, beans, vegetables, fruit, etc....that is all my bro did - and when his stools were regular, he smelled great!
