I feel your pain, I suffer from the same exact thing, its horrible at the office because people's nasty comments. I suggest you buy some Thor Lo socks. I tried drysol but doesn't work for me. I'm going to see a nuerologist to get botox. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about options available do not jump to ETS before reading the horror stories. Wish you the best my friend.
