Thanks for replying...the information you listed is very helpful. First, I will try the vegetarian diet for the summer and see how different I feel, focusing mainly on consuming living foods. Then, I will also get the book by Andreas Moritz and try his recipe for the liver cleanse. Thank you for giving me your suggestions, I will try them all over time (I'm living on a student budget, so I have to save up for everything). Oh by the way, there was a little confusion in the email, my username is very ambiguous, but I'm actually a young woman...lol. But I do want to thank you again for caring enough to respond, it is greatly appreciated and for the very useful information.

P.S. I will post my results at the end of the summer.
