Hey there,

I'll still continue the acv for at least two weeks plus whenever I need it in the future. I'm also using coconut oil for all the great properties listed in the CO forum. Otherwise chlorophyll is my mainstay -- some great stuff!

It seems the dosage for acv varies. If it's not hurting you, I say go for it!
