Well i am on day 4 of the diet and supplements. I still stink. I also have a dry mouth and very bad breath. Since I alleviated dairy which creates alot of mucous for me, it was expected. I dont really smell the fecal breath, I smell the typical bad breath that people get from their teeth, but mine is coming from further back. Like the throat area and maybe even lower.

I am starting to wonder whether I have old putrified mucous in my throat that has latched on some GERD and its remaining stagnant somewhere. Is that possible? It might make sense, i have Post Nasal Drip + Gerd = Gerd (sewage) sticking around in my throat and other areas leading to horrible breath. Obviously breathing both in and out means carrying that smell in through your lungs. I dont know.
