Can anyone give me any advice as to what to do about this fecal-odor around me?

I have been blessed (cursed?) with the ability to smell my own odor. It is intensified whenever I am nervous or around other people. It actually "shuts off" the moment I am around my family members. It is completely insane.

I am almost sure it is coming entirely from my feet, passing by my shoes and filling up a whole room pretty quick.

Has anyone ever really been cured from something like this?
