I have been hearing a lot of fish jokes lately at work. I have noticed that the fecal smell is there when I have to have a bowel movement and then after when I wipe. I am inclined to think that I am not wiping enough but I am so thorough and usually wash after because I am so paranoid. The fish jokes have me concerned though because now I think something new may be going on.

I am taking chlorella but not drinking as much water as I should. If it is a hygiene problem where can I gp to get tips to improve my grooming techniques? I'm too embarassed to ask any friends or family members.
