I used to have terrible post nasal drip. This is DIRECTLY connected to sugar. I am not telling you to eliminate it. I am still having 2 cookies a day or so, but you have to reduce the intake, and it is still under control. Just control how much Sugar do you consume a day. I would suggest to not eat dairy products daily, maybe every other day. Take Primal defense everyday and in 2 or 3 weeks, the PND will be gone.
