It sounds as though you have what is called dyshidrotic eczema. Small fluid filled blisters called vesicles appear on the hands and feet. They are most common along the edges of the fingers, toes, palms and soles. The vesicles produce intense itching. Scratching leads to skin changes with thickening. Scratching may also lead to secondary infections.
I have this type of eczema along with atopic eczema. I use a steroid gel called clobetosal that really helps, but you can't use it for long periods of time. You need to identify the cause of the irritation like washing dishes, cleaning products, ect. and keep your hands away from these things. Latex gloves have worked the best for me. I also use cotton gloves when needed along with the steroidal medication. It flares up quite frequently and causes alot of emotional stress along with it. You will have to work with products and see what is best for you. You should really see a Dermatologist and get a diagnosis to make sure this is what you have. Best of luck to you!
