good luck with that.I'm doing some diet,eating fruit vegetables,juices,..mostlly...but I don't think it will help, I ate before fruits,and vegetables and nothing changed.....I stopped with dairy,we will see what will change, it's my second or third day of diet nothing yet...
ooooo....It's friday night and I'm on internet writing to my self .....how pathetic is that?!
