First of all that article sucks big time.
What personal experience do we see from it? Lets just swallow that planted fact that he really has a BO, which is just there so that people like u would find it more believable (gulp :)). OK, then what? He's not using deodorants cause they have aluminum and stuff and we are supposed to perspire. So what? Is he saying that aluminum from deodorants is one of the major causes of his condition? No. Then why did he put it there?
Is using perspirant one of major causes of BO? Not really :)
What has exactly improved when he stopped using it? I cant tell from the article.
Then comes diet. No first there are lessons in BO. By whom? Him? Where did he get those facts? From his own experience? Or he read it somewhere? Where?
Then he goes on about diet and what food causes BO. Same questions apply as above.
There's such a mixture of chemicals (aluminum), misunderstaning of conventional medicine for how BO works (conventional doctors), then reassuringly confident throw of 'facts' that this and that food causes BO..
And lets remember the begining of the article where he says quote: I'm amazed there's almost no discussion about reducing Body Odor by changing your diet. In fact, when I've mentioned this subject to some people, they look at me in bewilderment.
- who are those people he talked to? Have they never googled anything?
All I can see on the net thesedays is just 'How a change in your diet will improve -insert your favorite condition-' :) WTF?!
I mean, theres ton of it and now Im bored typing..
So I wish u'll tomorrow have a nice day. And remember not to eat red meat :)
