yes.....my son is 15yrs old and has been on the diet for 7 yrs..what do you want to know?-- there is a support group for this at yahoo-- the name of the place is ketocafe-- there are lots of mothers there that are very informed about the diet and how it works, most of us have had our kids onit for years-- good luck
