My 7 yr old daughter just started the ketogenic diet so far she is doing well we are only 4 days into it. The meals are pretty easy to make and she seems to like them. It was hard at first because she was always hungry. Her doctor said it would pass and it did. I will try to give updates on how she is doing maybe it will help someone else.
