First of all you're very very welcome. I'm very glad to help get your body functioning properly again. One quick point.

There are two things that I neglected to mentino that are also of critical impoirtance. You must avoid all soda pop! Every single can. Only very very rarely can you have one, and if you do it should be Diet. They are very very acidic, and have a direct relation to sickness. It doesn't directly affect digestion, however, anything that promotes calcium depletion will make your body fluids (except blood) acidic, and cause you to smell. So it's indirect. How does soda cause calcium depletion? Well all soda has some degree of phosphates in them. The reason is because if they didn't have phosphates (phosphoric acid) the fizz would dissolve your teeth! That's how acidic it is! So what these phosphates do in your stomach and small intestine are grab on to calcium ions and form compounds that become "sludge-like". Pop directly relates to calcium loss. And clearly pop is not on the list of essential foods! You must avoid them like plague.

The second thing to avoid is all fast food! This is a given. But this nation as the recent popular book states, is truly a "fast food nation". Except for salads, there is virtually no fast food I would risk putting inside my body. Keep in mind the food they served is designed to be made "fast". Hence, it's of cheaper quality from the start. Secondly, all businesses try to make profit, so they buy the meat as cheap as they can while maintaining governments (minimal) standards so they don't get in trouble. They fry almost all their chicken and french fries in trans fat, because it supposedly tastes better, and all the coated chicken nuggets for instance are processed white flour crumbs. I mean the list goes on and on. Also, you never know who is making your food, how they're making it, etc. I think convenience will be the cause of human's demise. We're pushing too far in a technological, quick, easy, chemical filled, direction rather than towards maintaining nature, peace, and the clean environment. But not to stray too much off topic, this is a huge step that will be very hard for many people, but it has to be done! You must be accountable for yourself and buy groceries for yourself, and make your own meals each and every day. Achieving goals are powerful motivators to do so.
