Hi Deenut!

I hope your son isn't on any medication. Does he drink half his body weight in ounces daily? Pure water, not tap water - tap water (the chlorine in it) will kill any good bacteria he has in his bowel. Get him off dairy and Sugar and get him drinking lots of pure water. Does he exercise and move?

Stewing some fruit for him in the morning would be a good idea too (figs, prunes, raisins - stewed).

What he probably REALLY needs is a good Probiotic to replenish his good bacteria. Primal Defense is one - kept in the refrigerator. He needs to get his intestinal flora back in balance. Then everything will sort itself out (with a fresh healthy Diet and good pure water).
