you will find what he says to be at great odds with much of the common knowledge you probably accept yourself as being true. read all you can and then read it again to train your mind to look at things differently. then give some stuff a try and find out for yourself. your body will follow your mind. if you say cant - you wont. i have been following along almost since his forum started and he still blows my mind, but always in a good way.
