In short - there is no cure for bad breath.

If someday somebody discovers a *working* treatment it will spread over the net like a fire in a gasoline tank so u will know it for sure.

I'm not sure if its Candida fungi or something else or Candida with some other bacteria but since Candida is extremly common which is suggested just by so many topics about Candida on the net I started reading bout it. I found that I have majority of Candida symptoms. And the way candida proliferates and damages bowels just fits into this theory.

Bread is exactly what feeds candida so that would explain intolerance and increased Post Nasal Drip. Milk on the other hand could be from lack of Lactase enzyme and Candida. Read about it on net.
