The urine PH test is useless, because urine is the only body fluid that can have its PH changed though diet. The alkalinity of your urine, blood and other parts of your body are different and maintain their PH through different processes. Acidic urine doesn't mean that you have acidic blood as well.
This whole Ph adjustment thing doesn't seem realistic on the scale required to cure things like cancer. Cancer cannot exist in a constant high alkaline environment, but neither can any other cell in your body!

The rest of your body (expecially your blood) is constantly buffering & adjusting itself to keep a consistent acidic environment. In fact, assuming that you could turn your blood alkailne, you'd just end up cutting off the oxygen supply to all of your cells. Blood needsto be acidic in order to transport oxygen throughout the body.

If you actually do something so drastic as to change the PH of your body, you'd find yourself on a death bed very quickly. Even a slightly Alkaline system over time can be quite dangerous. The body simply cannot live in an alkaline environment.
