This person below (first link) seemed to realize good results using a "clarifying" shampoo -- you might try that. I don't know of their effectiveness, but you might try a mineral salt "rock" underarm deoderant instead of the usual chemical deodorant. I don't know if this would be of help to you, but it's a unique, salt-based natural variation of antibacterials (most deodorants use Triclosan or similar chemical bug killers), so it might be worth a try. These salt rocks (they're literally a chunk of smooth mineral salt) are available at Whole Foods Market, Albertson's grocery, and a number of other retailers. As the Egyptians knew when they preserved their mummies, and navies through the centuries preserved meats and pickles for long voyages, natural salts can be effective antibacterials.
