I ingested Grapefruit-Seed-Extract today, a drop in a glass of water and 30 minutes later I got a terrible burning sensation in my abdomen. It flet like heartburn only in my mid-lower abdomen. Can someone address this? Is this a side effect? HAs anyone else experienced this?
