I'm taking taurine at 1000mg, twice a day, & the results are remarkable: I
went from 3-6 days of seizures a week to 1 day/week. I have simple partial
seizures though, not myclonic, so I don't know if it would work for you. Why
don't you give a try? There's no side effects I can see (to a point, of
course). I take B-complex as well (GNC 100mg/day) but it doesn't work nearly
as well as taurine. I'm now giving about giving GABA a try.
