I am glad to hear you are having good experiences w/GSE as well. Hope you can get the mediciny taste out of your mouth though. :-)

Yes, you definately can ingest the GSE. I think you can use anywhere from 5-10 drops in 1 cup water. (don't quote me because I am not sure of the EXACT amount). If you go to the Nutribiotic grapefruit seed extract website, they give lots of info on Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and they state you CAN ingest it if diluted w/water. Continuous good luck with this. :-)
