OK, I've used the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract for a week or so on 2 separate occasions and it makes my breath and tongue feel so much cleaner. However, my problem is that both times I have gotten tiny white dots on my tongue(??). Has anyone had this before? It may be that I used it too strong and it is affecting my tongue is some way. In any case both times I've quit using it because I associate white tongue with bad breath. I think I will try a weaker solution and see if that helps. Also, I've ordered the mouthwash and maybe their formulation will be more appropriate.
