A very possible reason for your "smell" is an infection in your small intestine, which causes ulcers. Research it...you may not realize it, but you may be releasing gas unintentionally, maybe little bubbles...I've noticed it a coupla times, I pointed it out to my doctor, and after many unsuccessful attempts to make him believe that I have a problem, or that the problem just isn't Body Odor , he took a blood test and realized that I had an infection.
