From my point of view, you've got a lot of things that could be contributing, but that is a good thing - there's probably an answer!! If you want FAST results and some answers, I think you should go on an all-out fast. Buy some organic lemon juice and some grade B maple syrup, and add to purified water to make a lemonade. This will supply minerals and electrolytes and help with hunger. You should fast over 5 days to get best results.
You should experience detox symptoms the first 3 days - it will be hard - headaches, aching joints. You should have an Epsom Salt drink on the first or second day as an enema to empty out your colon (1 Tablespoon for a liter of water, drink up in 15 minutes - the next hour, do the same mixture, but you can take up to the whole hour to drink it - plan on being near a bathroom that day).
This may seem drastic, but it seems you need drastic measures.
Think of it this way -
You have 5 major elimination channels in your body - in order of importance they are:
colon
liver
kidneys
lungs
skin
If toxins are exuding through your skin, you automatically know the other 4 elimination channels are blocked up. Perfumes and deodorants simply cover up odor, it's like sticking a band-aid on a gaping wound. The soda and dairy habits are most definitely contributing. The birth control pills put a heavy burden on your liver. If your liver can't keep up, your blood becomes toxic. See the systemic overview here?
You need a "remodel" of a major sort. Maybe you can thank your body for giving you such a clear indicator of what you need to do. Better than a heart attack out of the blue - 4 of 10 heart attack victims don't survive! You have a chance to systematically clean out and get a good start -
This is a lot to think about - please respond and don't be discouraged. Everyone on this site practically has problems like yours or used to.
