i use a water pic... sometimes when i'm away from home for a few days i notice my breath gets bad... i have bad molars way in the back that are a natural trap for food and a tooth brush just will not do a thorough enough job... but... you'd be surprised how much food stuff can be flushed from between your teeth even after a thorough brushing...
