GSE is supposed to be a great, long-lasting breath freshener. After seeing the results with my b.o., I bet it does a great job with breath too. For your underarms, you mix 5 - 10 drops with one cup of water in a spray bottle. Always shake well because the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract tends to settle to the bottom. I just use a couple of sprays. It really isn't such scary stuff. It just has to be diluted.
