This might not be your trouble, it isn't the answer for everything -- but do check out whether or not you have candida overgrowth. I understand pregnancy with all its hormonal changes is a risk factor for candida imbalance, and the fact you had a candida type rash is suspect. See my posts above under the fecal odor question, candida releases toxins that can make you smell as well as making you less healthy overall.
