Hi-
The belly button odor is not related to the Body Odor . Belly buttons have a tendency to smell at times because most times, when we wash our bodies, we tend to sometimes skip over that area not know it. So, the bacteria accumulates and it causes an odor there. Hope this makes sense. Good luck to you.
