I used to have a similar problem. When I'd "go" I'd have to use a lot of toilet paper to wipe clean. The stool, I noticed, would come out in a pasty way and with a bad smell. I'd wipe and wipe and even washing didn't help.

I did a bowel cleans with psyllium and Bentonite for a while. Then I did a juice fast for five days - along with that I did laxative tea at night and the saltwater flush in the mornings. I also cleaned up my diet a bit. I was used to eating a lot of white bread, white flour and pasta. These products can be used to make glue so you can imagine what I was doing to my insides and it's no wonder my stool was so pasty - like glue.

Now, when I use the washroom and I wipe I don't see ANYTHING at all on the toilet paper most times.
