Emerald Eyes: Sorry I took so long to reply; I was visiting with a friend who married and moved to the Ukraine. That's why I chose to start Sunday - had YUMMY meal last night!

I can't wait to start. Got my supplies ready, but still have to fill some cayenne capsules. I'm gonna miss my avocados, but other than that, I'm ready to give up the food again.

I can't remember from your previous posts; how many MC's have you done?

I'll be looking forward to comparing results and commisserating with/encouraging each other.
