First I want to apologize. I come here only when I have a problem and you help me and I'm gone until something else arises. I am sorry and hope to make it up by telling some of the wonderful things I have experienced since beginning Master-Cleanse 7 days ago.
Food no longer controls me. I have time for daydreaming and a walk in the park because I'm not thinking or planning what to eat next. (My hubby is helping out by feeding the kids a few meals:):):) But even when I cook, the food is not appealing, especially the meat! My boys 12 and 13 have said, "Gee mom, where's all your energy coming from?" and "you should do this all the time you're so mellow, you haven't yelled at us today!" Compliments in my book :) the Hubby said, "Hmmm, you feel thinner." :):):) Though I have only lost 6 lbs, i have dropped at least a pant size? go figure? My sleep is sooo peaceful, even with all the dreaming, dreams which give me something to laugh at throughout the day there so goofy! My eyesight is sharper, along with my hearing and sense of smell. And also, please forgive me, Sex...never gotten off so quickly...like a guy! hehaw sorry guys! Seriously, this is a life changing event. I am so thankful to have found you all.
