Thanks Ali! I needed your encouragement. I know I can meet my goal (or exceed it) if I continue. That's what I'm going to do, and what I want to do. I just need to get over the hurdle that today has presented. Feeling sorry for myself doesn't solve anything, so I'm trying to refocus my energy on getting through the pain and letting my body heal from the inside out. I think I'll do a colema tonight too. That may lessen any cleansing reactions I'm getting right now.
