I posted a qestion a few days ago, but nobody has answered my question yet, here I post it again, and please if you have any idea, do answer me:
I can see in the texts related to Adrenal Fatigue that Sugar and juices are to be banned altogether, then any kind of livr flushwith apple juice or any juice fast are out of question, is that so? what do you do if you have weight poblems, I need to lose weight quickly and I was thinking of some days of juice fast but with the guidelines on AF...
