I agree with Mike's post, paying attention to diet; nutrition and cleansing is paramount. That said, get rid of all, including hidden excitotoxins (MSG, Sugar substitutes and the other 3000+ chemicals they put in processed foods), neurotoxins chlorine and fluoride; no treated water or fluoride toothpastes. Chlorine and Fluoride are huge culprits in Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome along with excitotoxins. Chlorine competes with Iodine in your thyroid and fluoride accumulates in your pineal gland
