a great thing you can do to help in alkalinity is drink organic unpasteurized apple cider vinegar. just add a couple of tablespoons to a glass of water and drink this a couple times a day. It is quite cheap. i buy the good stuff at the health food store. it has to be "mother' of vinegar, you can't buy the stuff at the grocery store. it will say the mother of vinegar on the side. the brand i bought is from Spectrum naturals. it is actually used for alot of health benefits. it is amazing. does'nt taste bad either. leslie
