Please do your self a favor and check out a website by the Dairy assoc of milk producers and find where they give the break down of the amount of Protein which is in milk as a general rule.

Or you may go to one of the government web sites which regulates the milk industry and pull up this info, it is free for any one who wants to check it out!!
