Hey I am proud for you that you are trying different things and are able to make some choices!!
You in no way offend me, I make comments and it is your choice to try or not or to believe or not!!
And besides, I am not the one suffering from the problems!!!!
An old Man once gave me some good advice: He told me that if a person was not able to recieve some kind of a "GOOD" response within 3 days time, after applying all the info from a Doctor or Health advisor, that we had better find some advice some where else, for that person did not understand how to solve the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have found this to be very true!!!!
Now about the Protein thing: Most people connect Protein to Meat eating!
But meat only contains around 14-16% protein!
Beans contain 40to 50%!
Nuts and nut butters also contain 40 to 50%!!
Cheese and milk contain high amounts!
As most all foods contain some form of Protein!!!
Even a stick of Celery contains some protein!!!!
Even a carrot contains some protein!!!
Some of the WORST forms of Protein come from fruits or vegetables which have been picked TOO GREEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This kind of protein is in the form of NPN- which means Non Protein Nitrogen, which means that the plant was unable to produce a Completed Complex of Correct Amino-acid complex form of Protein!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This means that "IF" you eat this form of NPN protein, that it is Guaranteed that your body is going to feel sick or get sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Because NPN will STOP the OXYGEN from your body!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now what happens when you run out of OXYGEN???????????????
So when people say they have not been eating any Protein, this tells me immediately that that person has very little knowledge about foods in general!!!
So "IF" you were supposed a vegetable person and never ate any kind of meat, and then started eating meat and felt some better, then it was more than likely because you were short of B Vit's, than short of Protein!!!!
And in this case you were also probably short of colbalt and many other Trace Minerals!!
As far as your blood Sugar problems, they may be caused from eating foods which are Refined and Processed, instead of eating foods which are in the Complexed Carbohydrate form!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now the reason for this is that when foods are Refined and Processed, they cause too much of a Rapid Release of Sugar Energy into the blood stream and then this Energy is gone!!
So because of this TOO fast release of Sugar into the blood , this causes the pancreas to over work while trying to produce enough insulin to balance out this flush of excess of sugar into the blood, like an old tired out horse which you take a WHIP to , so to get it to move, and then finally this tired out old horse finally just gives up for Dead after so many WHIPPINGS!!!!!!!!!
So the body is the same as the tired out ole horse, as when the ups and downs of the pancreas trying to regulate your blood sugar levels, and being over worked because of your improper eating habits, this causes the pancreas to finally just give up also!!!!
Now the proper way to take care of your body is to eat Complexed Carbohydrates, which will provide a slow steady Energy Release of sugar into the blood, so as not to over load the pancreas as it produces the insulin to help steady the blood sugar levels in the blood!!!!!!!!!
As far as you maybe taking the Lemon drink with Blackstrap molasses and it made you sick, this may have happened or it may not have happened as you say.
Are you sure you used Pure Blackstrap Molasses, or did you just use Plain ole Molasses?? There is a lot of difference between the two kinds of molasses!!!!!!!!!!
And what else were you eating or had eaten??
I have as yet to run into anyone who used the Lemon juice and Pure Blackstrap Molasses and were willing to stop eating ALL Refined and Processed foods, who did not recieve good results!!!!!!!
Insomnia may be caused from a lack of OXYGEN, which is caused by the body becoming too Acidic!!!!!!!!!
TOO much Protein of or from any source may cause the body to become too Acidic, which in turn may cause the body to become Short of OXYGEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What happens when you run out of OXYGEN????????????????
So you may believe what ever you choose to about Insomnia, BUT it still does not change the FACTS about what causes it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
