Prozacs worst for anxiety as it's a stimulating anti depressant. It raises cortisol levels too someone told me.

I've been on so many anti depressants becasue they never worked, had to try different ones all the time. Now I can see it was the adrenal fatigue and hypothyroid that caused depression.
