I agree regarding the antidepressants. I took a few and they affected me adversly! No one belived me. They said.....I'm overreacting...i'm not giving them a chance...that i'll get use to them.
NOT TRUE.
The final straw was Prozac. It terrorized my life I was going nuts! Ive never been calm or the same since.
And prior to all these antidepressants...I was actually fine..just a lil anxiety.
Trust yourself and what your body is telling you.
