Well, the program I'm on does sort of a slower more mild detox of the system than a cleanse. But no, I have not done the any of the major cleanses. Sounds to me like the program you are on has many similarities to the recomendations you will find in Dr. Youngs book. I'd be happy to talk to you about it when you get it and go through any questions you might have. Also, if you decide to try the supliments he suggests, come back and talk to me, and I can get you set up with your own system for getting them whole sale. Talk to you later, Mike
