Thanks for the wonderfully encouraging post. I asked my ND about flushes and he thinks I am to sensitive right now - that it would be shocking to my system. However, he does have me following the whole foods protocol and says that it will gradually resolve any problems I have with toxicity and parasites.

I'm so happy you are doing much better. It was very thoughtful of you to send a little hope our way!
