my dizzyness and nauseau got worse, but everything existed in severity way before i found out i was pregnant. but yes it is a lil worse.
i understand about copper, but i dont see myself intaking anymore of it than the average person. i will mention it though.
i read somewhere that because my adrenals are toast that the babys will have to overcompensate for mine later in the pregnancy. Thus, ill feel better later in my 3rd trimester...but my baby will already be experiencing hypoadrenia helping me! :(
