Hey Mike, thanks for your response it is much appreciated. I will definitely check out the books by Dr. Young... I've heard talk of body PH before but I've never really understood it. I'm sure you are right, its an important aspect to consider.

I am already doing some supplements, as prescribed by Dr. Perricone in his book "The Wrinkle Cure." Basically he promotes taking supplements that support skin health such as Omega 3, Vitamins A, E, C, Ester C, alpha-linoic acid, selenium and trace minerals as well as an anti-inflammitory diet, drinking plenty of water, exercising and staying positive. It would be interesting to see how body PH factors in with this - I feel like I am putting together a big puzzle here. I feel like after all this is over I should get an honorary PH.D or something! LOL! :o)

Thanks again, I will definitely check out those books next. So have you tried fasting/liver & kidney flush with success?
